Loving it!, June 19, 2012 This review is from: Apple MacBook Pro MD101LL/A 13.3-Inch Laptop (NEWEST VERSION) (Personal Computers) This is not my first Mac computer, and certainly will not be my last. Before I begin, I will say that I am not like a good percentage of the people that will end up writing a review on this computer - I am not an Apple fanboy. I have owned many PC computers as well, and like them too. I currently own a Lenovo laptop as well as my new MacBook Pro, and each have their own strengths and weaknesses.
To start with the strengths:
1. OSX Lion is a great performer..extremely fast and reliable. I have it installed on my iMac desktop computer as well and love it. Not to mention this comes with a free upgrade to Mountain Lion, which is very nice.
2. Screen looks great. Even though it is not the Retina display you can get on the 15.4 inch model, the screen is fantastic. Very bright and crystal clear with excellent color.
3. Quietest laptop I have ever owned. Keeps quiet even when the computer is under a heavy load.

1. Very nice unibody construction
2. Plenty fast for casual use, with a very decent integrated graphics card
3. Perfect size - Not too heavy or light
4. User upgradeable RAM and HDD

1. Some learning for Mac OS needed but it seems to be fairly intuitive

From the speed to the multi touch gestures this operating system beats Windows easily. If you are hesitant on wether or not to buy this computer let me give you some reasons why you should:
1. The speed: Very, very fast, it boots in less than 30 seconds and loads up all your applications and documents flawlessly. Not to mention the 8gb of RAM (Great addition).
2. The looks: The attention to detail on this computer is simply amazing from the aluminum finish, to the little lights on the keyboard, it really is a quality product.
3. Its Apple, you know you're getting a reliable product which devaluates very little in time, as you may see any Windows computer goes from being $1300 (A very good one) to around $300 dollars in 2 years. Apple products retain their value and don't devaluate very fast.
